Access to the Recycling Center is limited to residential customers who participate in the curbside trash and recycling program and who have paid their annual fee in full.  

**Payment at the Recycle Center Scale House is cash or check only.  We cannot accept bills over a $50.

A valid annual vehicle sticker is required in order to use the recycle center and MUST be affixed on the driver's side window of the vehicle that was used to register for the sticker. Stickers will be verified upon entering the facility to make sure it is for the current year and for the vehicle that it is on.  If the sticker is not affixed to the vehicle window, it is not considered valid and we can refuse admittance.

Stickers are valid for January through December each year with a limited flexibility to enter the Recycle Center once a new year begins and a new sticker is available. 

Please remember to flatten all cardboard boxes and they will need to be cut down to 3' x 3' sized pieces. Cardboard, plastic, paper and glass all go in separate containers so be sure to separate them before you come to the Recycling Center.

Recycling Center Stickers for 2026 are now available!

Sticker applications are not being mailed out this year and you do not need to fill out an application to receive your sticker.  Your current FY2025 trash bill must be paid in full in to get a sticker.  

We will need a copy of your passenger vehicle registration. The vehicle's registration should be in the name and address of the property owner (with a few exceptions), family member or tenant (*with owner's permission). The vehicle cannot have commercial signage on it.

* Tenants are permitted to get a Recycling Center Sticker only if the Account Owner notifies us that the tenant is approved to get a sticker and the annual fee has been paid in full.  There may be a charge if this is an additional sticker for the property.

The 2025 Recycling Center sticker is still valid.  Residents will need their 2026 Recycling Center by Monday, March 2, 2026 to gain access to the Recycling Center.

Recycling center stickers can be obtained in the following ways:

In-Person

Recycling Center Stickers are available in the modular building at the Recycling Center at 777 Mount Hope Street.  Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to Noon. Recycling Center Stickers are not available at the Recycling Center Scale house.

By Mail

You may also request a Recycling Center Sticker through the mail.  We will need the following information to process your sticker request:  

• Name
• Address of the home located in North Attleborough
• Your phone number
• A copy of your valid Massachusetts vehicle registration 
• Include a self-addressed stamped envelope so we can mail the sticker to you.  

If you are requesting more than one sticker, please include a check for payment for the additional sticker(s). Additional stickers are $5.00 each.  We will need the vehicle registration for each additional sticker.  Stickers will not be mailed out unless everything requested has been submitted and verified.
