The Information provided on this page is for Non-Medicare Eligible Town and certain School Retirees. It has been provided to the board by Human Resource, the administrator of the Town’s health insurance offerings.

The Following rates are for non-Medicare eligible retirees and their families. The rates are in effect from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

  • Network Blue New England Value (HMO Blue) - $254.38 Single/$666.80 Family
  • Blue Care Elect Enhanced Value (PPO) - $455.90 Single/$1,135.04 Family
