This section contains information and forms for Active Members of the System.
There are two tiers of members - those who became members prior to April 2, 2012, and those who became members on or after April 2, 2012. Therefore, two Retirement Guides are available. Choose the one that corresponds to your membership date. If you do not know which tier you are in, you may contact Retirement Board staff or consider logging in to our Employee Self Service Module.
The following forms can be used by any member.
