This small memorial in Barrows Park features six small circles with the insignias of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Merchant Marines. Inscribed on the monument are the words: "Dedicated to those who served and sacrificed for their country during Operation Desert Storm. 1991."
