• Case management for reportable communicable diseases
• Provides general health information and referrals

Other Services to the Community

• Conducts emergency preparedness planning
• Tuberculosis case management, reporting and treatment
• Rabies case management / vaccinations / treatment
• Lead poisoning prevention

Lenore's Food Pantry

• The Human Services Coordinator manages Lenore's Pantry
• Any North Attleborough resident is eligible; call the office to make an appointment to register
• Donations are welcome any day during normal business hours
