Dog Licenses

Think BlueDog Licenses are available beginning March 1st through April 30.

Fee: $20 male/female or $10 if spayed/neutered.

Dog license renewed on or after May 1st will be subject to a $25 late fee. The fee is waived for the first dog per household for owners over the age of 70.

Who Must License

  • All dogs 6 months of age or older must be licensed.
  • Any dog brought into Town must be licensed within 60 days.

What You Need to License Your Dog

  • Proof that your dog has a current rabies vaccination.
  • A spay/neuter certificate (if appropriate).
  • The fee: $20 male/female $10 spayed/neutered.

Ways to License Your Dog

  • Online via UniPay
  • In person at the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall 
    • Credit cards, Cash or Check accepted. 
    • Must provide a current rabies certificate
  • In person at the North Attleboro Animal Shelter
    • Cash or Check only
    • Must provide a current rabies certificate
  • By mail 
    • Send documents (rabies certificates, spay/neutered certificate), fee (Check made payable to Town of North Attleboro), and a stamped self-addressed envelope to:
