Marriage Certificates

The Town Clerk has marriage certificates on file if the bride and groom filed their marriage intentions with the North Attleborough Town Clerk's office.

Certified copies of Marriage certificates: $10.

Marriage certificates are retained in the community in which the Intentions were filed and by the State's Vital Records Office at 617-740-2600.

A copy of a marriage certificate can be requested online or by mail.

• By mail:
  • Fill out the Marriage Certificate Request Form  /formcenter/town-clerk-12/death-certificate-request-form-125  and print it out.
  • Enclose the following:
    • Completed Marriage Certificate Request Form
    • Check in the exact amount, payable to the Town of North Attleborough ($10 per copy requested)
    • Stamped self-addressed envelope large enough to accommodate the documents
    • Mail to:
