WHERE:
North Attleborough Highway Department, 240 Smith St.
WHAT:
Community members are invited to bring their cats or dogs to the upcoming Rabies Vaccination Clinic to receive a one-year rabies vaccination. Licensed veterinary providers from Dewitt’s Veterinarian Hospital will administer the vaccinations. The cost is $12 per animal, and payment is cash only.
Please ensure that dogs are leashed and cats are in carriers while waiting for their vaccinations. If your pet already has a current rabies vaccination, please bring a copy of the certificate.
Additionally, residents who have not yet obtained a 2025 dog license can do so at the Rabies Vaccination Clinic. The Town Clerk will be present to assist with the licensing process. To receive a dog license, residents must provide the following:
- Proof that your dog has a current rabies vaccination,
- A spay/neuter certificate (if appropriate)
- The fee is $20 for unaltered males and females or $10 for spayed/neutered dogs. Please make checks payable to the Town of North Attleborough.
Please note that dog license fees are waived for owners aged 70 and older.
This event is open to the general public; however, only residents will receive dog licenses. If you have any questions, please contact the Animal Shelter at 508-699-0100 Ext. 2670.
