Old Post Road Water Main Rehabilitation Project

The Department of Public Works has contracted with W. Walsh Company to rehabilitate water mains on Old Post Road, Reservoir Street to Draper Ave. Work starts in October, Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm, lasting about 7 weeks. Road stays open with minimal delays.

State public health officials announce season’s first West Nile virus-positive mosquito sample

The presence of WNV was confirmed by the MA State Public Health Laboratory in a mosquito sample collected in the town of Brookline in Norfolk County. No human or animal cases of WNV or Eastern equine encephalitis have been detected so far this year.
