The Town of North Attleboro, Massachusetts will be undergoing a Measure and list (data collection) program to update taxable real property pursuant to the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to be completed for Fiscal Year 2024.
The Town of North Attleboro has selected Vision Government Solutions to complete the Town-wide project. Vision’s appraisal/data collection division is working closely with the Assessor’s Office to make the process successful for the Town.
Vision will visit all properties and will verify/update the following:
- Exterior measurements of the home/building including a new photo
- Verify the outbuildings and extra features on the property
(shed, pool, detached garage etc.)
- Verify interior information of the home/building
(bedroom count, bathroom count, flooring, heating, finished basement, extra kitchen etc.)
Once the Data Collection is complete this information will be entered into the Town’s appraisal software. This will be used as part of the process to equitably assess properties.
All Vision employees have photo ID’s and their vehicle information will be registered with our office and the Police Department.
