[ARCHIVED] Urgent Flood Debris Update for North Attleboro Residents

In light of the recent flooding in our community, we understand the pressing need for assistance and support. The Town of North Attleboro is fully committed to helping you during this challenging time. Beginning on September 16th, 2023, we will be accepting flood-related debris at the Transfer Station located at 777 Mount Hope Street. Please ensure that you have valid proof of residency to access this service. Also, please note we are not accepting debris from contactors that were hired for homeowners' debris removal.  

Important Details:

Date: September 16th

Operating Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (or until capacity is reached)

Location: 777 Mount Hope Street

We will continue to accept flood debris until our capacity is met. Our dedicated team is tirelessly working to arrange additional debris removal services in the coming week.

Accepted Debris:

Please note that we can accept the following flood-related debris:

  • Household Items
  • Furniture
  • Non-hazardous materials

Items We Cannot Accept:

Regrettably, we are unable to accept the following items due to disposal restrictions:

  • Yard Waste
  • Brick or Concrete
  • Asphalt or Asphalt Shingles
  • Household Hazardous Waste
  • Paints or Oils
  • Asbestos
