The Town will offer three weeks of curbside yard waste collection in Spring 2024. The Spring collection will be from April 15, 2024, through
May 3, 2024. This collection is for residents who are a part of the Town’s trash and recycling
program. The collection will occur on your regular trash and recycling day within the weeks
determined. A limit of 14 bags per day can be placed for collection, provided
acceptable containers are used. Grass clippings and leaves must be in a biodegradable paper site or a brown paper shopping-for-yard waste bag. Brush and branches must be 6 inches or
less in diameter and less than 4 feet long, bundled and tied with twine or rope. Sticks cannot be put
into bags. Bags and bundles must not exceed 50 pounds each. NO plastic bags or loose material in
barrels will be accepted. NO limbs, trees, stumps, dirt, sand, rocks, asphalt, brick, concrete, or yard
ornaments will be picked up.
Yard Waste is collected ON YOUR TRASH/RECYCLING COLLECTION DAY during the times above. Please have the yard waste curbside by 7:00 AM.
