[ARCHIVED] EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Heavy Rainfall Predicted During Overnight Storm

The North Attleboro Emergency Management Team is closely monitoring the upcoming overnight storm.  Here are the latest details:

  • Heavy rainfall overnight tonight with the heaviest amounts from midnight to 9 a.m.
  • A solid 3-4 inches of rain is expected, with isolated areas of 5-7 inches of rain possible
  • Wind Gusts could reach 40-50mph

The storm will significantly impact the morning commute. Plan ahead as there may be impacted roads and detours.

As a reminder, do not enter flooded roadways. Turn around and find an alternate route.
