The Town of North Attleborough Conservation Commission is seeking sealed bids for the FALLS POND DAM MAINTENANCE project. Sealed bids will be received at the Town Clerks Office, North Attleborough Town Hall, located at 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read as indicated below. The work includes replacement of a steel beam at the spillway catwalk, fencing modifications, invasive species control, and other appurtenant site improvements.

Contract documents will be available on June 1, 2023 for download by registered bidders only via a secure FTP site. In order to register, the bidder shall send an email request to with the subject line “Falls Pond Dam Maintenance”. Within that request, the bidder shall reference the project title and provide contact information including bidder company name, address, phone number, and email address. Upon receipt of the request, Pare Corporation will respond to the request with directions for downloading the Contract Documents from the FTP site. The bidder shall be responsible for verifying that their request was received.
